Today, Shree Sai Construction operates complete Mining Development & Operation (MDO) contracts for leading cement manufacturers, handles rake loading, unloading and material transport at railway sidings, removes overburden at industrial scale, and executes road and civil infrastructure works for government departments — recognised as a leading contractor in the region.

Large-scale removal of soil and rock overburden using high-capacity excavators, dumpers and dozers — exposing mineral deposits in opencast coal and stone mines, with 35–40 lakh m³ moved every year.
Specialised quarrying of black basalt stone for roads, aggregates and infrastructure — including crushing and grading to produce construction-grade material that meets industry standards.
